NEW BMV: We are tackling a new format for BMV until the end of this term. Students must memorize the following passages by this Friday, March 3. They will quote these to me when they are ready and at an appropriate time (before school, at recess or lunch, or during some “quiet time”). I recommend they quote one per week. 

Colossians 3:1-2 ~ “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your mind on things above, not on earthly things.”

Philippians 4:8 ~ “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”

Ephesians 6:1-3 ~ “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. ‘Honour your father and mother’ – which is the first commandment with a promise – ‘so that it may go well with you and that you may enjoy long life on the earth.”
