Week of Oct. 24

This is a regular week – no days off and no field trips! Hopefully not too much of a shock to our systems! In Social Studies we have started our in-depth unit about Egypt, which ties along nicely with the novel students are reading in Language Arts (The Golden Goblet). In Bible we have been watching a series once per week titled Bible: Unearthed – looking at archaeological evidence to show the Bible is true. It’s really interesting! We will be also starting a short Bible study called “Fire and Faithfulness” where we will discuss how to thrive as a follower of Jesus in today’s world.
