Happy March…time is flying! This class continues to bless me in many ways. Each one brings me so much joy and I am thankful for them.
Students earned their “Fantastic February” challenge…barely…and so, as requested by vote, I have booked us a visit to the Gym of Rock climbing gym for some classroom community building and fun before Spring Break. Forms (a waiver from Gym of Rock and permission / payment form from me) were put in backpacks last Thursday…but if they have mysteriously gone missing – here they are:
We are also planning an Ancient Greek Day for the week of March 14th…complete with costumes and team “Olympic” games. Please start thinking about an Ancient Greek costume (there are many “simple Greek costume DIY” ideas on the internet!).
Band is of course on Wednesday… and there will again be no spelling test this week as we’ve been finishing up other tasks. Students will get new words this week for one spelling test before Spring Break.
Report cards will be out on Friday, March 11th so keep an eye on your email.
